I’m going to assume it’s probably not as much as Nigellea Lawson. Is Gillian McKeith on tv and pictured on books? Does she have a make up and hair team behind her? Is she dressed to the nines at an event where she knows she’ll be photographed? I’m not even remotely vegan, but sometimes idiots piss me off. And I’m in a bad mood. Sorry everyone.
